Python & AI/ML Developer

We are seeking an experienced Python & AI/ML Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning and AI technologies, and a passion for implementing them in real-world applications. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and refining our machine learning models and algorithms to enhance our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Assist in designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
• 2. Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to train and test models.
• 3. Evaluate and refine existing machine learning models.
• 4. Communicate findings and results to stakeholders.
• 5. Collaborate with team members to integrate machine learning models into our products.
• 6. Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning and related fields.

Requirements:

• 1. Proficiency in Python, related machine learning libraries such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, and LLM.
• 2. Ability to create Technical Design for AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, NLU, NLG projects and implement the same in production.
• 3. Solid understanding and experience of deep learning architectures and algorithms.
• 4. Working experience with AWS, especially AWS SageMaker, Aurora, MongoDB, Analytics, and reporting.
• 5. At least 2-3 production implementations of machine learning projects.
• 6. Familiarity with open-source libraries such as Keras, Tensor Flow, and Pytorch.
• 7. Ability to collaborate with business analysts, consultants, and other teams to produce robust solutions.
• 8. In-depth understanding of Data Science and Machine Learning projects using Python, R. Skills in Java/C are a plus.
• 9. Demonstrated experience in developing solutions for AI/ML projects using Python.
  10. Leadership skills to train and build a team of technical developers.
• 11. Knowledge of cloud solutions like GCP or AWS is a plus.
• 12. Familiarity with container technologies like Docker is a plus.
• 13. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with project stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 2. Relevant certifications in Python, AI, ML, and LLM proficiency would be a plus.
