Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize AI and machine learning algorithms to solve complex financial problems and improve our financial models.
• Work closely with our data scientists and financial analysts to understand their needs and translate them into AI solutions.
• Use Python, Pandas, and LangChain to build and maintain AI models.
• Leverage Open API and Mongo to integrate AI solutions with our existing systems and data sources.
• Conduct ongoing testing and performance monitoring to ensure our AI solutions are working as intended and are delivering maximum value.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and financial technology, and use this knowledge to drive innovation within our team.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure our AI solutions align with our overall business goals and strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Financial Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PhD will be highly regarded.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Applied AI, machine learning, and data analysis, preferably in the financial industry.
• Proficiency in Python, Pandas, and LangChain.
• Experience with Open API and Mongo.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms and how to apply them to solve complex problems.
• Experience in the financial industry, including understanding of financial models and financial data.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also a team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
• Passionate about AI and its potential to transform the financial industry.
