Ai Prompt Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineering Manager to join our team and lead our OpenAI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI engineering and a passion for developing cutting-edge AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of OpenAI projects, from concept to completion.

• Develop and maintain AI models and algorithms.

• Design and implement AI architectures and systems.

• Monitor and optimize AI performance.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful integration of AI solutions.

• Research and stay up-to-date on the latest AI technologies and trends.

• Develop and maintain documentation for AI projects.

• Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers including guiding on projects, coaching team and doing performance evaluations for the team members.

• Dealing with Client stake holders and setting up governance structures, following governance structures setup for and by the teams.

• Making presentations the client stakeholders and driving the direction for AIML architectures.

• Work with clients stakeholders and is aware of the full cycle SDLC development process, starting from Requirement Gathering to all the way until delivery for AI projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering.

• Expertise in OpenAI technologies and frameworks is an added bonus.

• Experience with deep learning, machine learning, and natural language processing.

• Knowledge of software development best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
